Our recruitment process is conducted with a strategic HR approach aimed at placing the right candidate in the right position at the right time. At its core lies a multidimensional analysis of both the candidate’s potential and the requirements of the position.
Each applicant is first evaluated based on their CV and application form. For suitable candidates, cultural fit is considered as much as technical knowledge.

In the second stage, assessment is applied based on the position’s requirements, so each candidate is evaluated for the role best matching their skills. After a 3-month trial period, a decision is made with candidates who meet the criteria.
New employees are thoroughly introduced to internal processes, values and the communication network; a “buddy” is assigned for faster adaptation. In the first three months, HR holds one-on-one meetings and friendly coffee chats to listen to their experiences.
